Apple at Drexel

I will be entering Drexel as a freshman during fall of 2010. I am currently in the Electrical engineering major and will most definitely change my major a few times as everyone does, but I definitely plan to remain in the College of Engineering. I am starting this post to bring any sort of support for Apple computers on Campus as I have not found any other post similar to it.

I have always been a fan of the Mac platform and OSX. I was seriously dreading college because I knew I would either have to give up my current way of life or utilize bootcamp. Equally as dreadful IMO. That was until speculation began to arise about AutoCAD coming back to OSX. well it isn't here yet and I am getting plenty of email from the COC about downloading PRO/E. I have no problem running bootcamp, I just think it is a big pain in the ass. Are there any other native OSX programs that would work just as well and not cause major ruckus in class for the fall term?

Well what do you really need? Because apple can have most of the things useful from windows, like if you want to use microsoft word then you can buy the program, which is also available for mac users.
