Application Canceled??

<p>I sent an application to Florida State University, then sent in a fee waiver (before the due date). Then, I got an email from them saying they were canceling my application because they had not received my fee. I emailed them back, twice (the first time being February second), and haven't heard anything. </p>

<p>What should I do? Can they still reinstate my application?</p>
