application checklist, help!

<p>I have received email from the officer of admission that said they have received all my application materials but when I checked the application status, it has only displayed my test scores but there is no indication of the other submitted materials, like this:</p>

<p>Application Item Status:</p>

<p>Duke Student Supplement
Common or Universal Application with Essay
Secondary School Report (with counselor recommendation)
Transcript
Teacher Evaluation(s) </p>

<p>why does this happen?!</p>

<p>I seriously wouldn’t worry if you contact the admissions office and they say they have everything because they have everything of mine and my checklist is completely blank, without even the checklist itself showing up.</p>
