I'm a bit worried about all of this and I'd like to know if anyone else is having the same problems.

So, after some problems with the Common App, my guidance counselor was able to submit all the information she was responsible for by mid-January. So, my secondary school report with counselor recommendation is marked as "Item received" on the application checklist, however, my transcript is still missing. I asked my counselor about this and she simply suggested mailing it to them. I mailed it Thursday, January 29th, a day or two before Duke sent out notifications of missing materials. I replied to the email recounting what had happened, and since Duke still hadn't received my transcript, they suggested faxing my transcript so they had something until they got the hard copy. I had the transcript faxed at 3PM on February 4th, two days before all application materials were due. I emailed the Duke admissions office notifying them of the fax, but had no response. It has now been three days and the transcript is still listed as missing.

I am just worried that my application will be thrown out even before I get any kind of shot at acceptance... I have emailed the admissions office again, checking to see if this all just due to internal processing. Is there anything else I can do? Should I just stop worrying about this?
