<p>11:59 PM November 30, that's what it says on the application. I'm in the central time zone too, and I'm assuming it's PST, so it's probably due 1:59 AM CST. I would make sure to have it in before 11:59 our time though, just in case. Plus, the server could overload that late anyhow, so it's probably safest to submit early.</p>
