application for 7 year dental program

<p>is there a separate application for the 7 year dental program?
On NYU website, it says that:
Application for admission to the B.A.-D.D.S. Program at New York University may be made by requesting the standard application forms from the Office of Undergraduate Admissions</p>

<p>Does this mean that I have to let them know that I need the application,
or does that mean that I can use the application used for regular undergraduate admissions?</p>

<p>I have the same question, and I think you just select the “Biology (Joint Prog - Col of Dentistry)” major on the Common App… but can someone confirm?</p>
