<p>Okay, I just asked my teachers and school counselor for strong recommendation letters and gave them the evaluation forms. But I need to know WHEN is the appropriate time to give out the mid-year report and the final report to my counselor? </p>

<p>Give it to them now, in pre-addressed, stamped envelopes to mail them in. They will submit the reports at the correct time.</p>
