I probably asked this same question last year, so I think I could help you out. I would say to just do what it says. That’s what I did last fall, and I was accepted with a pretty good scholarship package.
If you have awards that you feel add to your application, put them there. I happened to find my old application so I took a look. I listed an award I earned on a language exam, a leadership seminar I was chosen to attend, a couple athletic honors, a position in a community service organization, and that I had written for a local newspaper. Just list whatever you think is relevant.
I wouldn’t worry about it too much. It’s not going to count nearly as much as your GPA, ACT score, etc.
