<p>I think it depends on when they get your application and process it and everything. I guess if you're really itching to get it, you can just call and ask.</p>
<p>I haven't gotten a receipt letter either. They don't have my transcript or one of my recs, yet an admissions officer is reading my app now. So weird, they seem so disorganized. Definately call and find out what's going on.</p>
