Anyone who is at Cornell or already graduated know what happens if I submit my common application and my supplement form before the deadline but don't have other things like teacher recs, score reports, and etc in before the deadline? From what I hear, if you submit the common app and the supplement before the deadline (November 1st) then you will be on file, and if other forms are not sent then they will just continue to contact you. Is this true. Someone respond quickly please. Thanks.

I'd say phone them, explain why they are not there and most importantly get your transcript in on time. if you have a reason, supporting documents can be a few days late.

It's fine if things that are not in your control (recs by teacher, things by guidance counselor, etc) come a little late, like < two weeks.
