Application Status for Transfer

The Self Service application status page will be available on April 1st. I had called up today to see what Cornell had processed for me and they told me that it should be available Saturday. Great now I can spend hours and hours refreshing the page sigh . Anyway anyone going to the Transfer Day in NYC on Friday?

I am going to the Transfer day on friday. Is it only for ILR hopefuls from NYC? And do you know exactly what it is? like just an information session? thanks

Well, ILR requires a mandatory interview. Last week there was a transfer day in Ithaca. From what I know the transfer day will be at ILR Office in NYC so I'm guessing that it will be only ILR transfer hopefuls. If you could not go to Ithaca this is your chance to get your interview and also get some information. I already had my interview in Cornell and had an information session. But hey why not go again , I have no class on Fridays anyway. ;)

Yeah same here I already did my ILR inteview when I was at Cornell. But a friend of mine is also applying to transfer to ILR and she is from Long Island and she wasn't invited to this info session. So I was just wondering if this is only for NYC applicants? and do you think it would be a big deal if she went with me? because I doubt they're going to have a guest list at the door or something lol

Well , I dunno. I would e-mail admissions and tell them. When I sent my reservation in , they asked who would be attending with me and I told them who it was. I also don't think this has anything to do with NYC applicants because I live in New Jersey and got the letter.

Where are you from in Jersey?

Bergen County
