<p>I have applied to UF about a month ago and have sent in my transcript twice. On the application status page it says transcripts needed and then under it is my high school name. Does that mean that they have my transcript or that I should try sending it again? Does anyone else have this problem or is that how it is supposed to be?</p>

<p>I would probably get in contact with the registra office to see why they haven’t updated your status. Once they receive your transcripts, it will show the transcripts received at the bottom and the date they were recieved.</p>
<p>I think it just takes a while for the system to update. It says they received my ACT score, but not my transcript. I however, did not send my ACT score, which lead me to believe they received my transcript with scores attached.</p>
<p>I heard that there is an issue with their system receiving transcripts electronically so has anyone else sent them electronically and it worked?</p>
<p>my son submitted his app to UF on 9/5/2010 and we mailed his school transcripts. After two weeks they were not showing up. I called the school and they said to send electronically. We had the high school send electronically and then waiting 7 days. Still no transcripts showing received. We called the high school again. They said they sent again. We waiting another 7 days and still no transcripts. So I raised hell with the highschool and come to find out, the highschool system had been down for a month and no transcripts were sent to any colleges or universities. They fixed the system and in about 5 days - the status check showed they were recieved.</p>

<p>My status page says that they need my transcript still. But then another box says that they received it. So which is it?</p>
