<p>Everything has been received, but it says they received my app on JAN. 13th! It was postmarked DEC. 31st to arrive at Columbia on JAN. 3rd ...
should I be concerned?</p>
<p>they got my school report today...still missing one rec....I highly suspect that letter didnt even reach there.....</p>

<p>Columbia finally got all of my stuff! (Feb. 9th) To those whose files are still incomplete I wouldn't worry too much, because when I called twice they kept emphasizing that they're still going through mail and would contact you if anything is missing. I sent my app (and my recommenders sent their parts) mid-Dec, and they just got my stuff NOW> So if you sent in materials later than I did and still don't have a "complete" application, don't stress.</p>
<p>They still don't have teacher rec A, school report, or transcript..</p>
<p>Don't be concerned if it shows up as being processed late -- of course it was processed late (we've been processing stuff for the last month!), and it's like that for everyone.</p>
<p>I will say that late next week would probably be a good time to call if you're still missing a good amount of stuff since it seems that the pile of still-to-be-processed papers has dwindled down significantly.</p>
<p>EDIT: btw, that was only my own personal opinion. The office still probably won't encourage everyone calling, but I think a reasonable amount of time will have elapsed by then to be concerned.</p>
<p>And once again, they WILL contact you if you're missing anything.</p>
<p>hi everyone, i've decided to post instead of lurk. they still haven't received a teacher rec that's been sent twice and the secondary school report! has anyone called Admissions and was told to fax their information instead? Happy Valentines Day!</p>
<p>Hey guys. I was having a problem regarding a missing letter of rec, but today I called. They have actually received it.</p>
<p>I found out that the only reason it says Rec B still has not been processed is because I accidentally gave both my teachers the Rec A form. </p>
<p>I don't know if anyone else has repeated the same mistake, but haha it could be a possible explanation as to why it may appear that they have not processed one of your recommendations.</p>
<p>Anyway, if you call they can confirm any missing documents/material.</p>
<p>Wow, I just told teachers to send my recs in. I never knew of any rec a or rec b forms? But I guess the third time is the charm. I might freek out on March 1st if I have to get them to fax and mail it again!</p>
