I would like to ask what should I do if the words ‘7th sem high school transcripts’ are still shown in the ‘to-do list’ in my account, but I have already sent out my 11th-grade transcript and TOEFL results in PDF format via email to the CSUF Admissions. I am a bit paranoid about this situation.
P.S I still haven’t received my transcript in the final year.

7th semester grades would be the first half of your senior year. Basically schools are looking for your midterm report. If that isn’t available from your school, I’d have your guidance counselor email admissions right away to let them know.
I had informed the CSUF Admissions about the unavailability to provide the 12th-grade transcript through email when I sent my 11th-grade year-end transcript to them.
