<p>Tulane</a> University - Fall ’09 Applications Shatter Record Tulane breaks last year's record application numbers, when they cut off applications at 34,125. Last year at this time they had 33,756 applications. This year they have 39,763 so far, and still counting.</p>
<p>Wow, I'm elated to have been accepted in such an abysmally bad time for college admissions.</p>
