Applied Math or Engineering for Flexibility?

IF I were to switch from Biomedical Engineering to either Applied Math or Engineering(Civil or Geography+Environmental), which would be more flexible in the long run? I have no interest in the typical engineering career, but would perhaps like to enter the business world and or perhaps something environmentally oriented.

This is for a Johns Hopkins student. Seeing how the strength of each programs play in, how would you guys see it as the more valuable route in the long run? Thanks :)

civil would probably be the most flexible
