I’m about to apply as an anthropology major (B.A.) to UCLA, UCSB, UCSD, and UCR (which is my backup school). UCLA is the top school that I want to get admitted to, so I am wondering what my chances of getting in are. I have not yet applied, as the application period is not open yet.
By the end of this Fall semester, my GPA will either be:
3.4 (if I don’t do very well in my classes)
3.45 (if I do average in my classes)
3.5 (if I do well in my classes)
I have a 4.0 in major requirements, I am in Alpha Gamma Sigma currently, I work as a writing tutor at my community college, I plan on excelling at my personal statements, and I am of Mexican descent (I have been told that this may help me get in).
Please help me determine my chances of getting into UCLA
