Applying CALS or CAS?

I'm applying to Cornell as a Biology student intending on pursing a career in medicine. I was wondering if I should apply to the College of Arts and Sciences or the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences. I noticed that they both have a Biology major and had heard that the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences was a little easier to get into. Will being in CALS make it harder to get into Med School? Do you have any idea what the difference is in acceptance rates between the schools? Any advice or comments would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

i don’t know much, but i know that CAS is the second most selective of the undergraduate colleges, behind architecture. so apply to CALS, you have a higher chance of acceptance, and you will be in the same major anyway.
