So, I just saw that the ACT will be given in September and October of this year.

My question is this, can I take the October one and send it in to a school for early decision.

I heard from some people that you can, but you would need to send in the score sight-unseen.

It is possible. Sometimes, schools don’t require certain scores until a certain date-have you checked this out? If the given date is a couple of months after you Oct. ACT, then you can definitely go in that route. In the case that the school needs you to submit ACT scores ASAP, before the deadline, etc, then it’s best you send them in right away-even if you don’t get to see your score prior to the university or college you are applying to. Just saying, but will you have another opportunity to take the ACT after that date? You can’t change your score after you get it-I suggest you really work on practice tests to get an idea of how you will score. Good lick!
