I want to apply early decision to some colleges. The deadline is November 15. Can i take the October 22 ACT and be able to send the colleges my scores? Or is that impossible?

Yes you can take it in October. When you sign up for the ACT you get a few (4 I think) colleges to send your score to for free. Add the school that you want to apply ED to there. You should be fine, but I the answer to your question should be on that particular college’s website. Try looking there.

Is it possible to not include my score on the application and have ACT send it to the uni?
i am taking the SAT on 1st oct, i dont think i will get a very high score on that. So, i was thinking of doing the ACT in Dec(i just took a sample ACT paper, scored 34 on English and 32 on math). Some of the unis i was looking at have deadlines for 15 or 1st December, so would it be possible for me to submit my application and not have the ACT scores in it?
thanks

So I’m gonna have to have the scores sent directly to the college?
