Applying for financial aid but no penn portal?

<p>Hi, I'm trying to apply for financial aid but they require an additional supplement that needs to be submitted today and requires you to login to the penn portal site. Am I supposed to mail it to them or?</p>

<p>The priority deadline is Feb. 1. but they accept until Feb 27. I haven't gotten mine either (but got the email). I'm going to call them tomorrow but I already sent in the CSS.</p>

<p>If you've received the email about the PennPortal/Receipt of Application for Admission, the letter with your PennPortal username and instructions will arrive any day.</p>

<p>Yeah i am forced to simply just print out the paper version and mail it.</p>
