<p>I haven't applied to many scholarships but I'm going to enter college this fall. I know many deadlines have past so I'm thinking that the best option is to apply during my college Freshman year. </p>
<p>I noticed that many scholarships are designed for high school seniors so does this mean that I have very little chance of getting anything when applying as a college Freshman?</p>
