<p>Is it true that most people apply at the end of their junior year? My sister told me that and I'm sort of worried now because I won't have as much time to broaden my resume..</p>
<p>I think that is for military only. Normal colleges have their application things in towards the beginning of senior year</p>
<p>Most applications don't even come out until early august. There is not much that you can do over the summer though that will impress adcoms though. They'll see it as a frantic struggle to get more ECs.</p>
