applying online 2 years in a row - should I start a new account or use the same one?

i applied last year as a freshman to SD, UCLA, Davis, and Cal . . . got into all except Cal.
i'm reapplying this fall with much better grades as a junior transfer to the same schools, maybe SC too (AP exams and summer classes give me enough credits to do it in one year).

would it be better for me to start a new account for the online application, or to use the one i used last year? is there a rule about it, or would one way be more advantageous than the other?

any help would be appreciated :)

start a new one

why, do you think?

I doubt it matters at all.

to be safe. Your old application is attached to your social (if you entered it last time) so if they want to see if you applied before they can. I think they ask on the application if you have ever applied before…can’t really remember tho

i guess . . . but i don’t want them to think i’m trying to cheat or anything

they won’t…and it doesn’t even matter
