So,

I realized back in the beginning of the month I didn't qualify for FAFSA due to a residency issue. The college I'll be attending will most likely respect my tuition but not offer me any aid from federal stuff.

I may be just offered to work-study, loans and private scholarships.

SO

I have gone on a HUGE scholarship search and I've found 25-40 scholarships that I can apply from here until October. Scholarship ranges from $500 to 10K to one that is 15K! Most are one time only, some are renewable.
I plant to apply to AS MANY AS POSSIBLE, from here to May. I've figured since I don't qualify for aid until probably next fall, then I might as well finance my education this way.
I have 4K in scholarship money already, if I get at least 10K from scholarships this year I will be good.

So my question is:

-Anyone else applying to an insane number of scholarships?
-Not qualifying for FAFSA aid, do u have to still fill up FAFSA? Even if the info you put will be incomplete
-Has anyone heard/know/have financed their education solely on scholarships?

Any feedback>?
