Right now I am planning to apply early to Uchicago and Georgetown but I was thinking if I should apply to Harvard early. Would it make my chances better ?

The only reason I am reluctant from applying are my low sat 2 scores and I need to take the november sat to get higher scores at them.

There is not a lot of logic in sending less than a perfect application to Harvard since you’ll be competing against so many perfect applications. Any advantage you gain from EA will be non-existent, as that only applies to really strong candidates and you’ll be throwing away any advantage you might gain at the other schools as well. Sounds like it’s lose-lose to me, stick to your original plan.

You cannot apply to Georgetown and UChicago EA if you apply to Harvard EA. Harvard has single choice early action. Its policy states that you cannot apply early to any private schools if you apply early to Harvard.

^^ And FWIW . . . UChicago’s middle 50% SAT/ACT is about the same as Harvard. (32-25 ACT and 1450-1550 SAT out of 1600), so if your test scores are low for Harvard they’re going to be too low for UChicago as well. Georgetown would look to be the safer bet, which has a lower test threshold than either school.
