Applying to Pratt or Trinity for BME?

Is biomedical enginerring at the Pratt school of Engineering? And are the acceptance stats at each school different? I've heard that being a girl engineer can increase your chances at some schools. Thanks!

Yah BME is at Pratt. The acceptance rate at Trinity is 19%, while the acceptance rate at Pratt is about 30%. I think being a female engineer can increase your chances at Pratt, since there is so few women in the field

PS. I think its awesome you want to go into BME, thats like my dream job, right next to teaching

Aren’t those numbers for 2008 (Class of 2012?)
Because I find it hard to believe that with a 13% acceptance rate there is a 30% acceptance rate to Pratt

^Yes. The number of applications to Pratt has exploded the last couple years and the latest overall Pratt acceptance rate was 20%, while it was 15% for Trinity for the Class of 2014.
