applying to UCs ( art major)?

<p>since i live in california.....im still deciding whether i should apply to UCs
b/c im planning to apply 8 other schools in outof states
it's like everyone applies to every uc schools in CA.
i heard alot of UCs dont offer a great art departments
is this true? anyone applying to UCs?</p>

<p>UCLA. I think that's the only one, haha. I'm gonna apply there as an art/design major.</p>
