Applying to Us school from foreign country, US Permanent Resident

Hello, I am a US Perment Resident living in the US, my family is thinking about moving to Kazakhstan for a year. I have finished my junior year of high school in the US, and would go to an international school in Kazakhstan. I was wondering if the move would help/hinder my chances of getting into a US college. All of my recommendations would come form my current teachers in the US, and colleges dont really look at what you did during your senior year (as long as you have decent grades that match our transcript), so will the move affect help or hinder me???
