Applying to USF

<p>Hello,</p>

<p>I'm thinking about applying to USF for the summer semester as a transfer student. I was wondering if it's possible to apply at two campuses like St. Pete Campus and Tampa campus for the same semester?</p>

<p>Also, I'm Computer Engineering major and do I need to write an essay for the application?</p>

<p>Please reply.

<p>USF-St. Pete and USF-Tampa are both part of USF Systems but the two institutions are independently accredited and operate separately; you probably have to apply to each separately. USF-St. Pete doesn’t have an engineering program; it does though have a computer information program in its business college. USF-Tampa has a full blown engineering college; computer engineering is available at USF-Tampa. Tampa sounds like it would be more appropriate for you.</p>

<p>No essay is required with application.</p>

<p>I also have another question. When is a good time to apply for the Summer semester which starts in 2011? am I already late?</p>

<p>Now’s a perfect time to apply for summer 2011. The deadline I believe is April 1, but start getting everything in now to allow admissions plenty of time to review your app.</p>
