April 9th 2011 Scores

@ftwpker

I also did not receive my scores; from central ohio

plus be realistic. getting a 35 or 36 will not make a difference when you are applying. keep up your grades and you will be fine. its also kinda rude to be crying about a 34 when most people can’t do that well. once your up that high on the curve a small change is insignificant. take it and go to bed with it- its a great score

I think I’m done hitting F5 over and over again.

E: 35 (+5)
M: 28 (+1)
R: 34 (-)
S: 31 (-1)
C:32 (+1)

Up from a 31, but really wanted a 33 because it is my little schools record as far as anyone knows :P

Really though, I retook to get a better math score, improved math by a measly 1 point, and suddenly became an English genius? I hate how random this is at the top, 1 question can make or break it lol.

Gratz everyone :D

I hope u guys are right so far no 35 reading…

Should i retake a 32? I got 31 english reading and science and 35 math. Math i cant really improve on but the others definitely have room for improvement. I think i could get into the 34-36 range with more studying but is it worth it?

~E:34
M:32
R:33
S:32

C:33

KINDA DEPRESSED NOW THAT I CAME CLOSE TO THE 34 I wanted but oh well

anyone know the curve for science?

Science curve seems harsh. No one has gotten 35 or 33.

how do you even know the curves? or see them?

math was -1 35. I know the question i got wrong, it was the one with the cone viewed from a plane.

how do you know you only got one wrong? or are you guessing?

@ Ruthie2012: Well, not everybody likes their present. Lol.

so its all people guessing?

im almost positive. I got every question right on math that was discussed here except for the cone question. And this math section definitely doesn’t merit -1 36, it wasn’t that hard.

just so you know the difficulty of the question does not make a difference. and since someone else said it- the subscores don’t tell you anything more than your composite

I am starting to believe the reading curve holds no 35. I had 17 and 18 subscore and a 34 (not that this means anything really, but it just seems that way)

I’m pretty positive the reading has no 35 either…I had a 17 and 18 subscore too and a 34. I missed one in the social studies/sciences section. On the practice tests, it sometimes mattered which part you missed it in, so I guess that could be it.

skdfjsdf kicking myself over science. I reallllly don’t feel like retaking, but I suppose it seems a bit sketchy to colleges if science is my lowest subscore and I plan on going into a science. bleh.

It’s really the luck of the draw.
