AP's are in May O.O

Am I the only one who is turning into a turtle hiding behind a shell of bunches and BUNCHES of AP review books and notes for AP classes???

AP's are in May and I'm having a hard time keeping my studying habits in control, every second I'm trying to memorize a formula for AP calculus BC or practice an AP Physics C capacitance and potential difference question on a piece of tissue (I know---majorly weird). 0.0

I guess its the anticipation and the want to score 5's on all 5 of my AP exams, but when I'm not studying I WANT PEACE without thought of an AP class -- but I guess I'll have to wait until after AP's are over, and SAT subject tests, and TASS -.- ...so much for enjoying my sophomore year of high school.

Same here…except that instead of studying I’m seriously procrastinating :[ It’s gonna be hard learning thousands of years worth of the world’s history in less than a month lol.

What AP’s are you taking?

^I’m in the same exact boat as you are.

Procrastination FTW! :D

I haven’t started yet and I have 8.

I started reviewing AP Macro today. I have around 400 lines of the Aeneid to go :o I think I’ll be ready for Calc, and I’ll start Chem soon

OMB(oh my bob) you have 8 AP’s =0=0 good luck.
I have A.P. Physics C, A.P. English lit, A.P. Chem, A.P. Chinese, and A.P. Calc BC
=/
Dont procrastinate you have like 5 weeks =P but dont cramm either, I hope I can stick to my own words when April starts hopefully I wont turn into an emotional wreck.

lol 400 lines, good luck =]

You people put me to shame, I’m only taking two lol. I won’t start taking more than 4 until next year :P

So does anyone here who’s already taken the World History or Art History test have any good advice?

aww only two =P I remember those days **cough last year lol
Sorry I haven’t taken world nor art history but good luck

Haven’t started. I have Calc AB, Physics C Mech, Chem, and Psych. :/

I’m semi-selfstudying 3, none of which I have started yet.

I’m pretty worried and I only have one AP, APUSH! haha, oh procrastination :/

Wait, what’s the difference between reading a review book the day before and spreading it out?

I’m taking bc, chem, phys c (mech and e&m), compsci, lang, macro, micro. i honestly dont see the reason for studying for these tests, since the curve VERY lenient on all of these and the teachers have been preparing you for a year, plus if you have been getting As or Bs in these classes, you are well in the range of getting an easy 5.

In some ways I agree with you, but I think revision is just a way to ensure that you’ll pass and it will increase your confidence for the exam.

Starting to freak…

I had an A in AP Calculus AB all first semester and now I’m struggling to secure a B, so kinda scared…
My AP English class doesn’t feel like I’m preparing or learning anything…
I had an A- in APUSH, the highest in my class, but I feel like I’m starting to forget eveything…

My school is on block scheduling so APUSH and AP English are each one semester and I had APUSH first aaaah!

I’m currently making my family help me study for APUSH during dinner, fingers crossed!!!

first thing you should do is
BREATHE

I originally decided to do 4 APs, 3 in-class, 1 self-study but because I already load myself with 3 SAT IIs and because I want to get 770-800 on them, I cut the self studying one. So only 3 this year.

I had a bad estimate; I have over 700 lines of the Aeneid left =.=
