<p>I’m hoping for 7+ on each. I wrote 2 sentences in the DBQ about something that happened 30 years after the time frame, so I’m hoping that won’t detract from my score. FRQ3I think I did fine, but since there was soooooo much to talk about, I regret not shoving more things into it. FRQ4 seemed good for me, but I wish I had talked more (or at all…) about women’s rights.</p>

<p>Standard 5 paragraphs for the dbq (broken down to political, economic, social)
Standard 5 paragraph for question #2 (political, diplomatic, military)
Four paragraphs for #4 (labor and working conditions, social conditions)</p>
<p>DBQ: Intro, 4 paragraphs (how family, the Church, and God controlled everything, and how those who rejected these ideas (Anne Hutchinson, Roger Williams) weren’t allowed), conclusion.</p>
<p>FRQ 3: Intro (reference to Missouri Compromise. Will this be okay if it was out of time period but it was in the intro, so it wasn’t a legitimate point?), 2 paragraphs (Wilmot Proviso & Compromise of 1850 in one paragraph, Kansas-Nebraska Act & Bleeding Kansas in second paragraph), conclusion.</p>
<p>FRQ 5: Intro, Suburbanization (GI Bill of Rights (loosely tied it in), cookie cutter homes, Keeping Up with the Joneses), Sunbelt (not too sure on this one cause I didn’t remember much, but I wrote about the warm weather for crops & other job opportunities, and other cities growing in this area. Used LA Dodgers & SF Giants to show the city growth), conclusion.</p>
<p>I accidently included the Salem Witch Trials in my DBQ, woops. Lol. But I used it as an example of a result of such strict religious tolerance so hopefully it will be ok.</p>
<p>@CrzyGmer789X2 Haha, my essay for #3 was exactly the same. I used the Missouri Compromise as an introduction to the problems caused by slavery so it should be fine. :)</p>
<p>The only time I used the Missouri Compromise is when I said the Dred Scott Decision essentially nullified it.</p>
<p>I also said that about the Kansas-Nebraska Act. I think referencing the Missouri Compromise would be fine (I hope it would be) as long as you don’t use it as legitimate support.</p>
<p>Ya, I think they wanted people to allude to the Missouri Compromise since it was very influential in the issues during the specified time period.</p>

<p>WOW I loved #3. I just shoved in as much outside information as I could, stuff about Kansas Nebraska Act, Bleeding Kansas, Dred Scott v Sanford, the Wilmot Proviso, even the Compromise of 1820 I mentioned although it was outside the time period and stuff like the abolitionists Garrison and Douglass and all this random stuff lol…</p>

<p>This one wasn’t as hot but I liked how Suburbanization and Immigration were split nicely up for us into two paragraphs. So I talked about how suburbanization or white flight was made thanks to people becoming richer, getting more conveniences like cars and shopping malls, and how it created suburban culture and stuff. Dunno.</p>
