APUSH Study Books

I just went to Barnes and Noble to review the APUSH books that I saw. I want to exclude AMSCO and the REA Crash Course from this discussion.

Looking at all of the available books, my favorite one that looked easiest to read was Barron’s AP US History study book.

What does everyone feel about this one?

All of my experiences with Barron’s books have been pretty good. The overview is very clear and is easier to read than a full blown textbook. However, if you take one of their practice tests and do badly, don’t sweat it. I’ve noticed that Barron’s tests (in any subject) tend to be much harder than the actual exam.

That’s good to know thanks.

This book is free this week- Dominate AP US History on the ibookstore. Videos and content. It is great. apushistoryvideos.com
