I want to major in a foreign language and my first choice is Arabic. I really really love foreign languages and I would like to add on another, but should I drop Spanish? Would having Spanish open up more opportunities along with Arabic or not?

If you can fit both in your schedule, keep up the Spanish. That will keep mire options open for you.

I think it’s always helpful to speak Spanish. If you can fit both in that would be great. But I wouldn’t choose partial fluency in both over full fluency in one (e.g. I would choose a year long study abroad in one language over dividing the year between both).
