I LOVE learning foreign languages, but I really don't know what to do with them. I want to learn Arabic, but what would I do with it?

Also, what can someone do if they major in foreign literature. It seems like there's not much.

For Arabic, you could possibly work in intelligence, journalism, business ( because of the oil), government, or something academic. Spanish is pretty much limitless, but you would be very attractive to health professions and law enforcement, I imagine.

OP, you need not major in a foreign literature to study Arabic and/or Spanish. You can just take language courses or do a minor to supplement another major. You also could major in International Studies with a regional focus on an area where Arabic or Spanish is spoken, or you do an area studies major (e.g., Middle Eastern Studies). There are significant historical and contemporary ties between Spain and N. Africa, so Spanish and Arabic could be a very useful combination in international or area studies.

I agree with Zapfino. You don’t need to major in Arabic or Spanish to learn it. I’ve been studying Arabic since I was a child for religious reasons.
