<p>Can anybody here give me information regarding the architecture program at Northeastern? My younger son is very interested in studying architecture. I would need to know what courses in high school Northeastern would be interested in him having taken.</p>
<p>There usually aren’t specific architecture-type classes in high schools, but taking a drafting or autocad class would be very useful because you deal a lot with that and other graphics programs. Physics would also be good, since he would be taking classes on that for architecture.
The big thing to expect from architecture is loooong nights in the studio and lots of model-building. My roommate last year was an architecture major. It was stressful, and so was her co-op, but it paid well and she really enjoyed it.</p>
