Are 4 w's on a transcript bad?

Before I get heat for this, I did do multiple google searches to check for other similar posts and while I did find similar posts, none really completely answered it for me.

Just to keep things short, I have 3-4 w’s on my transcript. 1 in statistics, 1 in anatomy, and 1 in chemistry. I retook stats in a following semester but got a D in it. I am a nursing major, and my withdrawals were due to military related reasons and responsibilities. Is this going to affect me severely when It comes time for me to transfer?( I am in California btw). I have an overall cumulative gpa of 3.5, and I’ve made deans list 2 times before. I am currently retaking anatomy this semester. Any advice/help/tough love would be appreciated.

Bump?

Ws for military duty reasons are understandable. You or your GC will have to address that.
