Are ACT and SAT weighted equally

<p>I have a 1600 so far on the SAT but a 33 on the ACT. TCNJ is my first choice by far and want to raise my SAT to at least 1900-2000. If I can't, do they view a 33+ as equal?</p>

<p>33 on the ACT is excellent, just don’t submit the 1600 SAT and they won’t even know it exists.</p>
