<p>A friend of mine recently got arrested and charged with a class C misdemeanor but he has already been accepted to a major university with some pretty great scholarships. Is he responsible for reporting this incident to the school? If so, does he risk losing his admitted spot, not to mention his financial aid? What if he does not report the crime, is he risking any major punishments in the future?</p>
<p>I'm asking out of curiosity. Better know the risks associated with my actions before I do anything stupid, and I figure I will be around plenty of illegal stuff in college with partying and the like.</p>
