<p>Note that the national award should be rather prestigious (or at least very competitive) as well! Otherwise it’s just another nice little thing. Much to my chagrin, winning on a national level for AAA’s Traffic Safety Poster contest does NOT compare to winning on the national level for Scholastic’s Art/Writing awards lolol.</p>
