Should I memorize them?

They weren’t on the June one. I don’t know whether this has always been the case historically, having only taken the test once.

I believe they’re listed on a formulas sheet in the Barron’s Book, which probably means that they may show up on the test.

^ No, Barron’s could have been including them just to cover all their bases. If they have appeared on the Subject Test, it has been infrequently. Just plug them into your calculator anyways, though.

They do show up on the Math IIC test. However, its a “hit and miss” situation (doesn’t show up every test).

However, you should remember the half-angle (and other important formulas) that could be tested on the Math IIC test. Last thing you need during testing is to go haywire over forgetting that formula needed to solve that one problem, if it shows up.
