Do you know anything about the transient program or whatever its called? I heard a lot of students take a few classes at Valencia community college and still get UCF credit. I also heard some classes are undeniable better to take at Valencia due to better professors. Are there any drawbacks/advantages to this? Because I also live a lot closer to Valencia so taking a couple classes there would save me a lot of time. Thanks

Basically you take classes at Valencia while still being a student at UCF. Don’t do it if you’re pre-med.

Really? Can you elaborate why?

I’m not pre-med, but the majority of my friends are. I’ve been told that it looks bad to do it. Schools might look at it as laziness and that you’re not getting the same “quality of education.” I never really asked the reason why though.

That’s the exact reason why. It looks bad if you are trying to get out of taking your Pre-Med classes at UCF by doing it at a CC because they are assumed to be easier. It will hurt your application.
