are learning disabilities weighted?

I'm smart, but in a different way-more creative. However, my grades don't show it at all. I've been fighting ADHD, Depression, and anxiety thru high school (these went untreated untill middle of junior year, I'm now a senior) and I was wondering what effect that'll have on my app.

Weighted GPA: 3.4 (not sure of unweighted)

My SAT scores of awfully low (ADHD a pain in the ass when it comes time for standardized tests) 1640...SAT II English and Chem: both 570

I do have 2 good ECs tho: Eagle Scout (and various leadership posistions held within troop), and Creative writing Leader for the literary magazine.

I'm greatly interested in UVM and Ithaca (maybe U of Iowa, but I'm from MA).

But my real question is if the conditions go into consideration when the admissions people are revewing the app.

thanks

Oftentimes when you're filling out applications, there will either be a section where you can check off learning disabilities or there'll be a part in the Essay section where they'll say something like "Please list any factors that may have had an impact on your academic performance", etc.

DOCUMENTED learning disabilities.

The kind that got you extra time on the SATs and on school tests. You'd need to have been diagnosed/examined by a licensed tester.
