I am currently a junior selecting courses for next year. However, I only plan on taking 4 courses at my high school.

Chem AP
AP Literature
AP Gov and Regular Economics
Japanese 4

Our school has AP statistics, but I've already taken a statistics course at our local community college the year before our school started offering the AP course. We also have Chinese AP, but the class would be extremely easy for me since I am of Chinese descent and I spoke it as a child. I plan on supplementing my senior year courseload with classes at a local community college, but I am afraid of having a hard time getting into college because of this odd schedule. What should I do?

I plan on taking a somewhat rigorous physics course at that community college so I will not take physics honors at my high school.

I am debating whether or not to add one of the following:
Studio Art (I loathe art)
AP Chinese (My accent is near perfect and I can read well enough from
watching Chinese dramas with Chinese subtitles.)
Regional Occupation Program for Engineering (Sounds a bit weird,
recommended by a friend)
Physiology (One of the easier sciences offered at my school, not honors)
