I’m a third year undergrad studying at Queens university and these are my grades for the year:

I was wondering, how do these grades look for grad school application for an MA program? Are they too low
You are two semesters in. You’re putting the cart before the horse.

No they aren’t too low. I had a 3.4 and got in to a fantastic grad school program.
Just as a note, listing grades with no other information isn’t very helpful. How many credits for each grade? Which classes were core major courses, which were electives in your desired area of research, and which were general education?
You can generally get into grad schools with a 2.9+ GPA, but it depends on which grades they care about and the type and competitiveness of the program and all the other things that aren’t grades. Like undergrad research.
If those two semesters are characteristic of your general performance then I would say that grade-wise you are adequately positioned for grad school. If those two semesters are the only bright spots in your grades, or if the rest of your application looks weak by comparison, or if you are dead set on the most competitive programs, you could fail to secure a spot. There just isn’t enough info to really chance you (not that anyone here has a crystal ball anyway!).
So I was confused because you only provided two semesters yet you also said you were a junior, so there was some cognitive dissonance there. My mistake.
I am not really sure why you think anyone could draw any conclusions from a context-free list of letter grades from 2 out of your 6 semesters to date. That’s like asking us what are the odds of your favorite team winning the soccer/football championship without telling us who is your favorite team or what league they play in. We could throw out random numbers, but they wouldn’t be connected to reality.
