Are my schools too much of a reach?

I'm just wondering if I have any chance of getting into my top schools! I'm really worried because of my test scores and would appreciate any thoughts or advice. If you think that the schools I'm looking at are too difficult for me, please be honest.

My schools:
University of Rochester
University of Richmond
University of Dayton
Villanova University
Allegheny College

Highest SAT Scores:
Reading- 570
Math- 640
Writing- 670

ACT Scores:
Haven't gotten them back yet!

Other tests:
Took that Spanish subject test but don't think I did very well :/. I get the results tomorrow.
Took the AP Psychology exam but don't have my score for that either.

Intended Major:
Psychology

Course Load:
I'm not going to bore you and list ALL of the classes I've taken. Just as a basic idea, though, I will graduate with four AP courses (Psychology, English Literature, Statistics, and Spanish), between 10 and 15 honors courses, and courses related to my intended major that include honors biology, AP psychology, sociology, Anatomy & Physiology I, and Anatomy & Physiology II with a mentor ship.

GPA:
As of the end of junior year, my unweighted GPA is 3.8 and my weighted GPA is 4.0.

Activities:
Thespian Troupe (very very very involved), Interact Club (service club), NHS (National Honors Society, which is selective at my school), and Choir. I have at least 70 community service hours and have had two jobs.

Thanks so much! Let me know if you have questions!

Rochester’s a reach, but everyone needs a few reaches!(:

Thank you very much  That and Richmond I am most nervous about!

It’s your SAT score that makes things reaches for you… But your ACT score might save you, so I wouldn’t worry yet… One of my friends (and the class of 2012 salutitorian) scored an 1800 on the SAT, but got a 32 on the ACT, with no prep! So don’t worry too much till you get your ACT results back.

Well I don’t believe I did well on the ACT, but you never know I guess! Thanks for your advice!

Is there anyone else that has advice???
