Are O levels and As levels part of transcripts?

<p>Hi,</p>

<p>I am facing a big problem right now.Our school doesnt have any kinds of exams other than these two,so should I include them in the transcripts?
class X=O levels
class XI=As
class XII=A2</p>

<p>How many of you are just gonna include these in your transcripts?
Anyone have any experience regarding this??
SO whats this high school transcript then??</p>

<p>Take a look at the International Supplement to the Secondary School Report. It explicitly asks about “lower secondary school exams” and “senior secondary school exams” given by a state or national exam board.</p>

<p>Well our one is not given by a state or national exam board :(</p>
