Are the guys immature at your school?

Sorry to be slamming the guys, but at my school they are very, very immature. 24/7 they make sexual jokes, comments etc. The large marjority at my school can not sit still and do work for a half hour straight.

Drama (one-act at my school) practice is a perfect example. There are about 8 people involved, 3 girls and the 5 guys. Throughout the WHOLE practice the guys slip jokes in whenver they can. The sexual jokes don't just happen here and there it is constant. They'll be like "_____, wanna make out?" or "Do you sleep on your stomache...(someone says no)...can I?" And I mean this is constant. The only conversation they have is sports and sexual comments or quips from a movie.

I'm not exaggerating either. I wonder if the guys at my school are worse than usual (really small school) or if it just a stage for guys.

It just seems like when I hang out with guys from other schools, they aren't so obsessively immature. Any input welcome...

Have a good day/evening!

-Leonesa

haha thats funny stuff

I think its at every school. They do it to get attention and it works because half of the female population plays along and does the little cutesy, flirty giggle... pathetic. Atleast all guys aren't like that.

I think that's just a guy thing (with very few exceptions). My friends, or rather my boyfriends friends, are just as immature, perverted, ruthless. One of their favorites currently is, "It smells like p-n-s....________ did you burp ?" and they constantly are throwing stuff at people during lunch. I hang out with all guys at school, most hated group of boys in their class (all a year younger than me).

for insight into a guys mind here is what we think about
1-sex
2-our cars
3-sex(again)
its the only things we think about, not about how we did on a test, bu t if we can f*** the girl in our math class, plain and simple; dont you think if men had the same mindset as women we would have all these problems in the world(aids, famine, etc)

wow....everyone in my drama club is really tight and I don't think we'd ever say stuff like that to eachother....but then again maybe we would, but not seriously...You find guys like that at every school-but don't despair, because there ARE good kids out there too! Good luck with your one act! I'm assistant director of ours and they're this friday!!

Come to my school Leonesa, all the guys (and girls) are nerds. They're already acting (and dressing) like doctors, scientists, lawyers, investment bankers, etc.

Gotta love Stuy!

i know i'm speaking for the guys when i say that we just like to be 'playful' ;)

I actually wish I had more guys in my classes. I mean it's a fully co-ed school and pretty evenly distributed (maybe like 10 more girls than guys) but a lot of my classes have less than 5 guys! I think guys make a class a lot of fun, even if they can be immature at times.

i go to an all-girl's school, but our "brother school", an all-boys school, is literally a street away. and so, the guys are never at school with us, but come in at lunch as well as after and before school .... omg they are the most immature people in the world....but i know a lot of other guys who aren't so immature, so i guess there are exceptions...

But its wierd, because before i started high school, i was at a coed school, and we (all the girls and the guys) were the closest, happiest bunch of people in the world. I suppose it varies from place to place :)

I couldn't imagine going to an all girl's school (although I was close to attending one). I think guys' opinions are really important in class discussions, and at least in my school, guys are immature OUTSIDE of class but in class they're very articulate and intelligent and mature.

but don't like spelling?
j/k :D

quite a sn there kid, i know funkmaster and loyd (banks from g-unit), but who/what is revolution?

you talk like that?

ya bro we da mans bonzing in ourz pimPt outz carz...

you teach?

lol...funkmasterlloydrevolution posted a few similar comments on "Taking dumb APs or taking good ones over?"

for some reason tbey got deleted

to paraphrase what he said in that thread, yes, english IS his first language. his typographical errors on every single word are because he just types quickly...:-/

the man is eloquent. he doesn't merely like fast and nice cars, but "cars dat r nice and r fast n' nice"...there's a big difference.

without all the guys at school, who'd keep me amused?

yeah zante, i agree with you about that....you actually won't believe, i debated with my mum about whether to go to a coed school or not for a week non-stop, but of course she won in the end, and i'm where i am. I guess i've gotten used to it though, and i'm a junior, so there's really no point of switching any more...

and btw, i love your sn zantedeschia :D ... its soo cool!

rosie: well, you could always take "da ez aksesible drugz that r cheep"

you think he (pure assumption) types quickly? it took me 3 minutes to just plan out where to put the 'z's. am i just unused to the 'gansta hoodz sppeek'

1 |1k3 1337 5p34k 83773r

you have no idea how ashamed i am that i can actually read 1337 5p34k so much faster and easier than thug gangsta speak.

I'd like to shoe him to death for gangster speak. Alas, I cannot.

Damn you, intarweb!
