Are the top UC's even in my reach anymore?

My GPA is pretty high, 4.3 beginning of this year. But I've already used all my AP/H credit points, so even with A's, it's dropping with each semester. By Senior year I'll have maybe a 4.1.

Estimated scores for classes

Sophomore:
World Lit A A
Chem H A A
World History A A
Chinese 3 A A
Precalc H A C

Junior:
Lit H A A
Humanities A A
Chinese 4 H A A
History AP A A
Physics H A A
Calc AB AP B B

Estimated WGPA: 4.09
New SAT 1950. (hope to fix)
SAT II: mid 600 (hope to fix)

My ECs are decent.

-President of INTERACT community service club
-President of Christian Club
-Ministry Team leader at church
-Worship team leader at church
-Went to NY to help a homeless shelter start their programs
-Went to HK on a mission trip.

-Do I even have a chance at UCs like Berkeley, LA, or SD? Or do I have to start thinking of another route?

-I'll be spending my senior year at De Anza College with a special program. Is this going to help or hurt my chances?

-Is there anything else I can do to try to make my app look good?

-I have a feeling there's a lot I've left out...but class starts in ten minutes so that's all for now.

1000th post special

UCLA/UCB: Reach
UCSD: Slight Reach
UCD/UCSB/UCI: Match
UCSC/UCR/UCM: Safe Match

Good chance at UCSD but Berk and La are reaches. If you do fabulous essays about helping the homless and stuff that will really help you.

since when is your ec's decent. can't wait to see what is good

Boost the SAT score and try to find an EC or two that isn't directly related to church (church activities look good, but not good enough to cover for a lack of school ECs). Applications are an art form -- you have a lot of the raw material, you just need to sell yourself correctly (i.e. make sure your essays are breathtaking)
